Why I Started This Website | Blog Directory

I have been a content creator for a while now. Before diving into language learning I was blogging about bullet journaling. Then, I decide to learn japanese on my own, and I have done that in about 3 years, while sharing my whole journey on my Instagram since Day 1.

My Instagram account has been open since May 2019 and my YouTube channel since January 2021. To date, I have accumulated more than 600 posts on my Studygram and 50+ YouTube videos.

The way I see it, creating content is not only a way for me to stay accountable in my language study now: the whole idea is to create content that has value for my audience -- whichever form that might take, and which you guys can reference later, whenever you want to.

But that's where I faced the issue of organisation of my content. To put it simply, there is no integrated system on either Instagram or YouTube that can make created content easily searchable.

Basically my content was getting lost in the sea of everything I share!

I am as much a visual learner as I am a visual content creator: I need visually-pleasing and well-organised content to deliver advice to the best of my ability.

I need things to make sense, I need categories, I need series, I need to be able to tell myself "I posted something that is useful, easily accessible to anyone, and as clear as possible". And I was unable to do that so far.

Result? I have been frustrated for years. Solution? This website.

I decided to open this website to serve an all-in-one platform to reference and classify my most "important" content to date, as well as content newly created from today. There will also be original content posted on the blog of this website.
